Family Promise of Carbon County will host a bike trail ride on September 22nd to #CycleOutHomelessness by raising funds for the critical services provided to homeless children and their parents. The #CycleOutHomelessness trail ride is being presented by All One Charities as the fiscal sponsor. Through All One’s generous support Family Promise was able to enroll with Classy, a world class fundraising and event software platform. Online enrollment for event participants with personal and team fundraising pages were two goals of the project. Family Promise will also be able to utilize the software for future ticketed events like the Murder Mystery night or for registering and fundraising for the Hoops for Hope basketball tournament.

“Several members of the fund development team evaluated the software with professional advice from board member, Mike Jesky, owner of Dekka studios,” explains chairperson Tina Dowd. “We knew from experience what we didn’t like about other software platforms so we came to the process with a list of must have features. We wanted an easy to use platform for our supporters.”

The community can help support the homeless shelter program by registering for the out and back ride on the D&L trail to be held on September 22nd. To register simply visit the #CycleOutHomelessness event on Facebook or by connecting directly to https:give.classy.org/CycleOutHomelessness.
